Our Partner Success team is at your service. Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you to train your team, guide the process, solve problems, pass along lessons learned from other hospital partners, troubleshoot, and be a resource for you.

From a technical perspective, the system is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If there’s a technical issue, we’re notified immediately so we can solve the problem.

Log into the software app anytime, from anyplace with Internet access, and see your own hand hygiene performance. If you’re a manager, you can also see your team’s performance. You may also receive weekly emails with this information. Additional, actionable analytics are available anytime.

There’s no extra charge for system upgrades, monitoring, or support.
