Dr. Chris Hermann Will Present at the AHA Leadership Summit 2019

ATLANTA, GA – July 17, 2019 – Clean Hands–Safe Hands (CHSH) announced today that its Founder and CEO, Dr. Chris Hermann, will present at the American Hospital Association’s (AHA) Leadership Summit. The conference takes place from July 25 – 27, 2019 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego.

Dr. Hermann will be presenting on two different topics:

• He will speak at a new IGNITE session on the topic of “Tech and Data Innovations.” There will be three 7-minute talks about innovative ideas in healthcare, with the presenters staffing tables afterwards. Attendees can choose which table to join in order to continue the conversation. Dr. Hermann’s presentation will be a fascinating, fast look at all the ways new data can be used to enhance clinical outcomes and organizational efficiencies. The session takes place at 10:15 am PDT on Friday, July 26 in the “Seaport E” room.
• Dr. Hermann will also present a poster in conjunction with our partner, The Medical Center, Navicent Health. The poster shows how the hospital reduced all HAIs by 72% (C. diff by 81%) with the Clean Hands – Safe Hands system, leading to a cost savings of nearly $6 million per year. The posters will be in the Exhibit Hall from 5:30 pm PDT on Thursday, July 25 through 3:45 pm on Friday, July 26.
